On Episode 18, Julie listed her top favourite women cast members from Intervention [1], "female addicts". She did this with the help of friends of the show and Intervention fans Natasha Vargas-Cooper and Jesse Murray. She was initially joking when she mentioned this list, and felt it was mean-spirited, due to the sad nature of these episodes. Since there was an overwhelming response from fans of the show that it was something she should do. So she did!
